Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, is organizing a special sales day at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel, next Sunday, January 29th .
The event includes a special offer on all the company's projects, such as a 10% discount, 10% down payment, and 1% as monthly installment until units hand over.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, confirmed that Reportage Properties is keen to organize more sales events with many offers that suit various segments of investors. This is reflected directly in increasing the company's sales of all its projects inside and outside the UAE.
The company achieved sales of Dhs2.3bn in 2022, compared to Dhs1.6bn in 2021, a growth of 45%.
"Reportage Properties" portfolio includes 19 projects, 17 of which are in the UAE, providing about 7 thousand housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to two other projects, one in Egypt and the other is in Turkey.
Suleiman confirmed that the company will continue strong performance during this year, which enhances customers' confidence in, especially in light of its commitment to the finishing and delivering of projects according to the specified time plans.
During the year 2022, "Reportage Properties" succeeded in the completing 3 projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The "Al Raha Lofts 1", which includes about 164 housing units, was delivered in Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi. The "Al Waha Residence 1" in Masdar City , which provides 612 apartments, was also handed over on time.
The company has also completed the first phase of the "Rakan Lofts" project, being developed in "Dubailand" in cooperation with the "Continental Investments".Rakan Lofts 1 provides about 349 residential villas.
Suleiman pointed to the high demand for new projects launched by the company during the past year, whether inside or outside the UAE.
Reportage Properties also launched their second project outside the UAE last year, which is the “Silvana” project in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey. The project will provide 232 townhouses. The “Silvana” launch in 2021 came after the “Montenapoleone” project was launched in “Mostakbal City” in New Cairo, Egypt. The first phase of the project will provide 1309 apartments and townhouses.
In the UAE "Reportage" launched the "Verdana" project in 2022. Located within the Dubai Investments Park, Verdana consists of 305 townhouses. They also launched the "Plaza" project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units. The "Birla 1" project on Yas Island, includes 190 housing units, to be added to "Perla 2" with 115 new housing units.
