Content Quality Manager
Summary

The role of the Manager Content Quality, Support, and Project (QSP) will be to lead the content analysis, project tracking, and support procedures in the content group.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day activities of content quality, support and project team.
  • Manage the content analysts, project managers and support staff.
  • Directs the analyses/audits of work performed against a specific process.
  • Reviews processes that show how activities are performed in content and news and other disciplines, as applicable, for accuracy, timelines and
  • adequacy. 

  • Provides support can co-establish in the operations of the organization's quality management program. 

  • Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services and products that meet customer needs. 

  • Makes recommendations on changes to the program that reflects organization and customer needs. 

  • Performs the functions of a lead auditor in providing technical and administrative guidance to quality/audit team members. 

  • Responsible for overseeing the audit pre-coordination, actual audit, audit reporting, finding review, finding follow
  • Coordinate with content managers that are responsible for ongoing processing and supply of content and products with regard to service, quality and timeliness.
  • Develop, communicate and deliver strategies necessary to enhance services and products.
  • Close cooperation content, technology, development, product teams in various parts of the organization on content strategy and integration of content assets.
  • Support overall direction of content quality projects. Work with shared services and senior management across the organization to determine priorities and communicate quality impacts throughout the decision making process.

Education and Previous Experience:
  • 5+ plus years experience quality teams including at least 3 with supervisory responsibility for manager or team-lead positions.
  • Degree in computer science, finance or related field preferred
  • Background in content, product or technology, including software development experience, content design, XML and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, Six Sigma is an advantage.

Summary

With close direction, serves as a member of a project team to support the development/integration/implementation of Java applications.     Main responsibilities and qualifications for this role clarified below

    As a Senior Content Manager, you will run content operations based in Cairo with roughly 100 people, with content aiming to be distributed across various instutional and retail finacial markets players.
